Piping, welding and steelwork
The real cost of an installation is decided in the workshop, not on site. A well-prefabricated spool drops into place and is welded in hours. A badly measured one has to be cut and reworked in the field, with scaffolding up, a hot work permit open and the line sitting idle. That is why we prefabricate at our Illescas workshop and ship checked pieces to site.
Our welders hold current WPS and PQR qualifications, and the work is verified by non-destructive testing and dimensional inspection before anything is signed off. We work in carbon steel, stainless and special alloys, including the sanitary-service materials required in pharmaceutical and food plants.

Assembly and commissioning
A misaligned pump does not fail on day one. It fails eight months later, with the bearing chewed up and the mechanical seal blown, and nobody connects the failure back to the installation. We align with laser equipment and leave a record of the readings, because that extra half hour is the difference between a machine that runs for years and one that costs you an unplanned shutdown.
Commissioning covers instrumentation and control loops, not just the mechanical side. Panels, motors, drives, PLC and SCADA are tested point by point against a signed protocol, so that start-up does not throw up a reversed signal or an interlock nobody checked.

Systems and energy
A fire protection system is not designed to work. It is designed to work on the day there is a fire, and to make sure the insurer pays afterwards. That means defensible hydraulic calculations, approved materials and documentation that survives an audit, not an installation that merely looks compliant.
On the energy side we cover everything from industrial solar farms to wind turbines and concentrated solar plants, including the electrical evacuation works. In industrial refrigeration our technicians are certified to handle fluorinated gases, with the leak checks and record keeping the regulations demand, which is exactly what an inspection will ask for.

Operations and personnel
A planned shutdown is won before it starts. If the material is on site, the permits are signed and qualified crews are standing by, the window holds. If any one of those three is missing, the schedule goes and nobody gets the lost production back. We plan on that basis, which is why we are willing to commit to timings contractually.
For plants that need steady capacity all year round, we supply our own qualified personnel on an outsourcing basis: approved welders, pipefitters, mechanics, electricians and instrumentation technicians. Our payroll, our certifications and our responsibility for site safety.

Do you subcontract the work?
No. The work is carried out by our own personnel with current certifications: WPS-qualified welders, pipefitters, mechanics, electricians and instrumentation technicians.
How quickly can you mobilise a crew?
Within 24 to 48 hours. For emergency shutdowns we operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
