A fire protection system is not designed simply to work. It is designed to work on the day there is a fire, and so that the insurer pays afterwards. Those are two different things, and the second depends on the paperwork.
That means defensible hydraulic calculations, approved materials with their certificates, and documentation that will withstand a review by the owner or the insurer. An installation that looks compliant but has no calculation behind it is a latent problem.
Fire protection
We design and install to NFPA and to the Spanish Fire Protection Installations Regulation, with UNE 23500 for water supplies. We cover the complete system, from the pump set and the tank to the last nozzle.
- Automatic sprinklers, with hydraulic calculation per design area
- Fire hose cabinets, dry risers and hydrants
- Addressable and conventional detection, and fire alarm control panels
- Gaseous extinguishing: CO2, FM200 and NOVEC, for technical rooms and data centers
- Foam systems for flammable liquid storage
- Pump sets and reserve water tanks
Renewable energy
In industrial solar PV we install everything from rooftop self-consumption systems to utility-scale fields, including structure, modules, inverters, DC and AC cabling and the connection to the grid point. We work with equipment compliant with IEC 61215 and IEC 62109.
In wind energy we carry out onshore and offshore erection, including the civil works for the crane pads and the power export infrastructure. In concentrated solar power we cover the solar field, the power block and auxiliary systems.
Substations and grid connection
Generation without grid connection is worth nothing. We install transformer substations, medium-voltage switchgear and lines up to the delivery point, with the testing and documentation required by the distribution company.
Industrial refrigeration and process HVAC
Cold stores, machine rooms, freezing tunnels and process chillers. The work is carried out by technicians qualified to handle fluorinated gases, with the periodic leak checks and records required by the F-Gas regulations.
That record is not optional, and it is the first thing requested in an inspection. If the installation does not have it up to date, the problem appears even if the equipment works perfectly.
Cleanrooms and GMP HVAC
For pharmaceuticals and food we deliver process HVAC with particle control, differential pressures between rooms and air changes per hour, with documented installation and operational qualification.
