Oil platforms, offshore and surface facilities

Fabrication, installation, repair and conversion of platforms, process modules and onshore facilities, with a single point of contact from tender to start-up.

With an associated heavy-fabrication plant. Horeb Industrial Solutions provides the on-site erection, welding, piping and commissioning crews. Heavy fabrication, ASME-stamped vessels and the quays and docks are carried out at our fabrication partner’s plant. You contract with one party and receive one proposal.

What we can take on

Projects can be awarded in full as EPC, or in parts: fabrication only, site installation only, or a combination.

At the production site or at the quay

On-site work. We mobilise erection crews with qualified welders, fitters, pipefitters and supervisors to install, repair and inspect without moving the facility. This is the work Horeb does every day in operating plants: ASME B31.3 piping, welding to current WPS and PQR, alignment and commissioning against a signed protocol.

Quay or dock work. When it makes sense to move the platform or module, it is repaired or modified at our partner's quays and floating docks under controlled conditions, then loaded onto a barge to its destination.

Port access in Venezuela and the United States

We fabricate and ship by sea from two bases: Puerto Cabello in Venezuela, a deep-water port with an 11 m draught, and the Houston–Galveston area on the Gulf of Mexico. From there we reach fields in the Caribbean, the Gulf of Mexico, South America and West Africa.

Marine welding and erection

We bring the same qualified welding and erection discipline to the marine sector, in the shipyard, in dry dock or afloat:

Procedures and welders qualified to the requirements of each project's classification society.
