The real cost of a piping installation is decided before anyone sets foot on site. A spool prefabricated from a correctly read isometric arrives at the plant, drops into place and is welded in hours. A badly measured one has to be cut, adjusted and remade in the field, with the scaffolding up, the hot-work permit open and the line standing idle.
That is why we prefabricate in our Illescas workshop. It is not a matter of convenience: dimensional control is carried out on the bench, with the piece accessible from every side, not four metres up inside a pipe rack.
Code-compliant industrial piping
We work to ASME B31.1 for steam and power piping and to ASME B31.3 for process piping. The choice of code is not an administrative detail: it changes the design criteria, wall thicknesses, examination requirements and the percentage of joints to be radiographed.
We work in carbon steel, austenitic and duplex stainless steel, and special alloys. For sanitary service in pharmaceuticals and food we deliver internal finishes to GMP requirements, with orbital welding where the process demands it and traceability of every heat.
Spool prefabrication
We start from your isometric or produce it ourselves from the plant layout. Every spool leaves the workshop with its mark, its weld record and its dimensional check, so that site installation is assembly, not improvisation.
Qualified welding
Our welders work to qualified procedures, a WPS backed by its PQR, and hold current qualifications to ASME IX or ISO 9606 depending on the project framework.
This means every joint is backed by a written procedure that specifies the process, filler metal, shielding gas, preheat where required and the range of parameters. It is not bureaucracy: it is what makes joint number two hundred the same as the first.
| Process | Typical application |
|---|---|
| TIG (GTAW) | Root passes on process piping, stainless steel, sanitary service |
| MIG / MAG (GMAW) | Fill passes on medium thicknesses, structures, boilermaking |
| Manual metal arc (SMAW) | Field work, difficult positions, repairs |
| Orbital welding | Pharmaceuticals and food, repetitive joints of uniform quality |
Non-destructive testing
Welds are verified before anything is signed off. Depending on the applicable code and the examination percentage set by the project, we carry out or coordinate visual inspection, dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and radiographic testing. Everything goes into the dossier.
Boilermaking and pressure vessels
Fabrication and repair of vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and pressure vessels to EN 13445, with the marking and documentation required by the Pressure Equipment Directive where it applies. Includes shells, heads, manholes, internals and supports.
Steel structures
Equipment bases, pipe racks, walkways, stairs and platforms to EN 1090, in the execution class appropriate to each element. Steelwork is prefabricated, surface-treated and installed already protected, which avoids repainting at height.
What you receive at handover
- As-built dossier with drawings and isometrics updated to what was actually built
- WPS and PQR for the procedures used, and the welders' qualifications
- Material certificates for pipe, fittings and consumables
- Non-destructive testing and dimensional inspection reports
- Hydrostatic or pneumatic test records where applicable
It is exactly the file the end client, the owner or the inspection body will ask you for. Without it the work is done but not documented, and in practical terms that is half a job.
Industrial buildings, warehouses and plants
Steel structures, roofing and cladding for production halls, logistics warehouses and data centers.
- Steel structure fabrication and erection
- Roofing, cladding and mezzanines
- Crane runways and overhead crane installation
- Data centers: technical rooms, cooling piping and cable tray supports
- Water treatment: WWTP, DWTP and process piping

Aerospace welding and assembly
For the aerospace industry we fabricate and install plant and hangar equipment. Welding is carried out to the requirements and approvals each project demands.
- Tooling, jigs and assembly fixtures
- Access platforms and docking for aircraft maintenance
- Hangar structures and equipment
- Compressed air, hydraulic fluid and fuel networks
- TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminium to client specification
