A planned shutdown is won before it starts. If the materials are on site, the permits signed and the qualified personnel waiting at the gate on the agreed day, the window is met. If any one of those three things is missing, the schedule is lost, and nobody recovers the production lost during a shutdown that overruns.
We plan on that basis, which is why we are prepared to commit to timescales by contract instead of offering estimates.
Maintenance contracts
Scheduled inspections according to the criticality of each item of equipment, with a report for every visit and a response time for corrective work agreed in writing. The client knows when we are coming, what we check and how quickly we will be there if something breaks.
| Type | Coverage |
|---|---|
| Scheduled preventive | Calendar-based inspections, replacement of wear parts, report for every visit |
| Corrective with agreed response | Breakdowns with a contractually committed arrival time |
| Predictive for rotating equipment | Vibration and temperature monitoring to anticipate failure |
| Planned shutdown | Fixed window with defined scope, resources and schedule |
Emergency shutdowns
We respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When a plant stops unexpectedly, what determines the cost is not the hourly rate but how long it takes to have a qualified team at work. We mobilise in 24 to 48 hours, and sooner in an emergency.
Qualified technical personnel
For plants that need steady capacity throughout the year, we provide qualified personnel: certified welders, pipefitters, mechanical fitters, electricians and instrument technicians.
They work with current certifications and up-to-date health and safety training. We take on the responsibility for safety and the coordination of contractor activities, which is precisely the part a purchasing department does not want to manage with fifteen different freelancers.
International deployment
Our teams can be deployed to Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania. We handle accommodation, tool logistics and the employment paperwork for posted workers, including the certificate of applicable legislation within the European Union.
That administration is what makes projects abroad expensive when it is improvised. Planned from the start, it weighs much less than people expect.
The specialists your site is missing
Europe, North America, the Middle East and Oceania are short of welders and industrial technicians. We provide complete crews, with our own supervision, for erection, shutdowns and projects on all five continents.
- TIG, MIG and stick welders
- Pipefitters and boilermakers
- Mechanical and steel erectors
- Instrument technicians and industrial electricians
- Marine welders and fitters
- Supervisors, inspectors and site managers
